The hotel lacks several advertised facilities, including soundproofing in rooms, city views, and an iron. the breakfast options are limited, and some staff members are unprofessional and unhelpful, making guests feel unwelcome at times.

You can also visit Arsalan that offers excellent meals. Quest mall and other places worth exploring were a few steps away from the hotel. All in all an excellent experience. Don't forget to explore Ballygunge neighborhood

During my Xmas stay, the hotel provided free breakfast and clean sheets/towels. It also had a great location, close to public transportation and various tourist attractions. the room had a nice view from the window.

The staff were very unprofessional and did not seem to care about their guests. The room was not soundproof, which made it difficult to sleep at night.
